RETURN & REFUND POLICY

20percent is committed to providing you with the best shopping experience as well as the best service to ensure your satisfaction and trust. Therefore we provide a return & refund policy to protect your rights and interests. We are willing to provide after-sale support according to the following return refund policy. Only one return or exchange is offered per order.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Undamaged and unused, still with the original tags, packagings and stickers attached. The principle of not affecting the second sale;

Not missing any accessories or parts;

Unwashed and unwetted;

NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS

The following will NOT be considered as defects and you will not be entitled to a refund:

Failure due to normal wear and tear;

Damage due to negligence, user abuse or incorrect use of the product;

Damage due to failure to adequately care for the product;

Damage due to unauthorised alteration of the product;

In order to complete your return, we require an order reference.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

In some cases, only partial refunds will be given (if applicable):

Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours;

Any item returned more than 14 natural days after delivery.

HOW TO CANCEL / MODIFY YOUR ORDER

You can cancel your order or change your order information (e.g. colour, size) free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled in principle. If you insist on cancelling, we will charge you 10% of the order amount as a reimbursement for the storage, order preparation and shipping costs we have incurred. This charge will be deducted from your refund for the Products.

HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE / RETURN REQUEST

We only accept replacement items within 30 natural days of the date of receipt.

In order to complete your return/exchange, we require an order reference.

If you receive a defective item, please attach a photo or video of the defect.

We do not accept return/exchange requests without an order reference.
