20percent is a curated marketplace for premium used iPhones. We maintain strict quality standards: over 95% of our devices are graded A or above. All newly released models are exclusively offered as Grade A+. Only for flagship models with maximum storage (such as the 1TB iPhone 13 Pro) that were launched more than three years ago—due to limited global supply—may we occasionally ship Grade B units.

Fair Condition

Moderate scratches, nicks or dents.

The product is fully functional.

Grade C

Poor Condition

Visible scratches, nicks, and possibly minor dents.

The product is fully functional.

Grade D

Faulty Condition

The product has functional problems (e.g., Face ID not working, Touch ID not working, microphone issues, camera defects).

Light or Visible scratches, nicks, dents, or other cosmetic damage.
