Simply email support@20percent.co.za or info@20percent.co.za with your details so we can take action. Once you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive communications from 20 Percent.
4. How do I change the email address linked to my profile?
To change the email address linked to your 20 Percent profile, send an email to support@20percent.co.za. You will need to provide details of your identity in order to do this. You may or may not be called for verification.
5. How do I delete my data/customer profile?
To issue a request to close your customer account, please contact us directly by email: support@20percent.co.za.
Note: If you delete your account while an order is in progress, you will lose all visibility on the site, as well as standard contactability with 20 Percent, and your order will be cancelled.

1. What is a used mobile device?
A used device (Huawei, Samsung, iPhone, Honor, Xiaomi, etc.) is one that is already owned by someone or available for purchase. At 20 Percent, all used devices undergo a rigorous quality assessment to determine their condition. If the device is refurbished, it undergoes a refurbishment process to maintain its physical condition, including replacing the battery, ensuring you are satisfied with the product.
Note: 20 Percent never sells a brand-new phone.
2. Does 20 Percent offer refurbished products?
Yes, we restore used products to like-new condition if necessary. 20 Percent works with reputable companies, authorized dealers, and individuals to acquire used devices for refurbishment. We always prioritize product quality and functionality, making it easy for you to purchase the pre-owned phone you desire. All products come with a 6-month 20 Percent warranty.
