When do I get it?

The following shipping information applies to mobile phone orders only.

Preparing for Shipment	Within 1–2 working days
In Stock – JHB / DBN	Delivery within 1–4 working days
Ships in 5–10 Work Days	Delivery to the DBN warehouse within 5–10 working days

In Stock – JHB / DBN

Products marked “In Stock – JHB / DBN” are available in our South African warehouse.

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment has been confirmed.

Once dispatched, your parcel will be delivered within 1–4 working days.

You will receive a tracking number by email after your order has been shipped.

Ships in 5–10 Work Days

Products marked “Ships in 5–10 Work Days” are not currently available in our South African warehouse and will first be transported to our DBN warehouse.

Your order will still be processed within 1–2 working days after payment has been confirmed.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number.

This tracking number allows you to follow the progress of your order throughout the shipping process. Tracking information will be updated as each stage of the shipment is completed.

Once the parcel arrives at our DBN warehouse, it will be prepared for local delivery and updated tracking information will be provided where applicable.

Tracking information is updated according to the actual progress of your shipment.

Please note that tracking may not always display a live location or estimated arrival date. Updates will appear as your order moves through each stage of processing and transportation.

✔ Please review the shipping status shown on the product page before placing your order.

✔ Delivery times are estimates based on normal operating conditions and may be affected by customs clearance, courier operations, weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond 20percent’s reasonable control.

✔ Customers requiring faster delivery are encouraged to purchase products marked “In Stock – JHB / DBN”.
