Xiaomi 17 Pro Max Real User Experience
To be honest, after using the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max for a month, I have to get these things off my chest.
When I bought the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max, I truly didn't expect that a 6.9-inch behemoth would evoke such mixed feelings of love and hate in me.
After using it for a month, there are some things I really need to say, otherwise I'll feel a bit uneasy.

This phone is incredibly enjoyable to use, especially in certain areas.
However, it can also be frustrating at times. Is it worth buying? Read on to find out.
The display screen is large, clear, and smooth; it provides all the essential viewing experience.
The first time I turned on this 6.9-inch OLED flat screen, my feeling was, "The brightness and clarity are truly what a flagship should be like."
It delivers the sharpness of a 1.5K resolution; the 1-120Hz adaptive refresh rate is also used very cleverly, making switching interfaces and browsing content completely smooth .

What surprised me even more was the improved color and brightness calibration in this generation of Xiaomi phones. Videos are clean and noise-free, colors are natural and not glaring, and it's comfortable to watch for extended periods; the overall comfort is significantly better than the previous generation.
The Magic Screen back is another highlight. It's not just for show; it's a small screen that improves efficiency: checking notifications, assisting with selfies, and using it as a viewfinder are all convenient.
Over time, you'll find that this back screen adds many "compact yet practical" use cases to your phone.
Camera: 50MP Leica triple camera, stable throughout, suitable for all shooting scenarios.
The imaging capabilities of this generation are truly solid. The 50MP front camera produces clean images with natural skin tones that don't look artificial.
The rear Leica triple-lens camera performs even better. The 50MP main camera delivers stable everyday shots, handling low light and indoor noise more effectively than its predecessor. Color reproduction retains that familiar "Leica look," appearing natural and high-quality.

The floating periscope telephoto lens is a true highlight. It captures great sharpness in distant scenes, solid detail in close-up shots, and excellent image stabilization, resulting in a high success rate for capturing fleeting moments. The difference in flagship imaging capabilities is immediately apparent, especially when shooting pets or close-ups of people.
Performance and battery life: Top-tier hardware, this generation is indeed more stable.
The performance of the fifth-generation Snapdragon 8 Ultra processor needs no explanation. Whether watching videos, running multiple apps simultaneously, or playing high-frame-rate games, its response speed is extremely fast. I haven't encountered any lag issues in the past month; it's been smooth throughout.

The battery life truly surprised me. The 7500mAh battery performs even better in actual use than the specifications suggest. With moderate use throughout the day, it still had around 30% charge left, and even with heavy use, it easily lasted a full day on a single charge. The battery life test result of 11 hours and 48 minutes is top-tier among flagship phones.
The 100W wired + 50W wireless combination is also practical, fully charging in 42 minutes, which is especially useful when you're in a rush. I also frequently use wireless charging; simply placing the phone down allows it to recharge instantly.

In summary: Worth buying, but more suitable for users who prefer large screens and heavy users.
If you like large screens, flagship imaging, top-notch performance, and long battery life, then the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max is perfect for you.
