Note: Only one return or exchange is offered per order. A 10% handling fee will be charged for all return orders.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Undamaged and unused, with original tags, packaging, and stickers attached (ensuring it does not affect secondary sales).
  • Not missing any accessories or parts.
  • Unwashed and unwetted.

Non-Returnable Conditions

The following conditions will not be considered defects and are not eligible for a refund:

  • Failure due to normal wear and tear.
  • Damage due to negligence, user abuse, or incorrect use of the product.
  • Damage due to failure to adequately care for the product.
  • Damage due to unauthorized alteration of the product.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to no fault of ours.
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

How to Cancel or Modify Your Order

You can cancel or modify your order (e.g., change color or size) free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not typically possible. If you insist on canceling a shipped order, a 10% fee of the order amount will be charged to cover storage, preparation, and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

How to Initiate an Exchange or Return Request

  • We accept replacement items within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • An order reference is required to complete your return or exchange.
  • For defective items, please attach a photo or video of the defect.
  • Return or exchange requests not meeting the above criteria will not be accepted.
